I guess that the events of this weekend were monumental enough for me to take time and compose my semi-annual journal entry. Here-goes... My weekend started off on a high note with it being my fourth wedding anniversary on Friday :clap:, and it quickly descended. When I got home from another long day at work, I arrived to find my mother suspiciously standing at the far end of our very long driveway starring off into the dark abysmal woods behind our house. Well, yesterday I developed my first roll of film from my recently aquired Canon AE-1, and as I expected, most of the pictures were slightly over-exposed :|. That's ok though, this was my first time shooting an older 35mm SLR, and this roll was, after all, just so that I could get aquainted with my new friend.  Aside from the majority, some of them did come out quite sharp, and rather nice, if I dare to say so. Even some of the over-exposed villains, as I like to call them, had a bit of an "artistic" exposure to them, which gave them a bit of an aged look.
